{"id":221,"date":"2016-02-12T09:31:10","date_gmt":"2016-02-12T08:31:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/it-merge.com\/?p=221"},"modified":"2016-02-19T09:50:00","modified_gmt":"2016-02-19T08:50:00","slug":"cheap-risk-management-is-this-possible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/it-merge.com\/?p=221","title":{"rendered":"Cheap Risk management &#8211; is this possible?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday I listen at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pmi-berlin.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">PMI-BB<\/a> to the theory of Chul Young Byun about his study of a lean project risk factor management (<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/lean-prfm\" target=\"_blank\">Link<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a radical approach, and focused on 1\/3 or PJMs which are either not able to do risk management or doesn&#8217;t have the opportunity to execute risk management.<\/p>\n<p>He reduce the involved parties to identification of risks to just the PJM, and limit the number of traced factors.
