It&#8217;s obvious to think about how to solve this fact by combining <a href=\"http:\/\/itil.org\">ITIL<\/a> together with a project methodology.<\/p>\n<h2>Do I&#8217;m the first one think about this ?<\/h2>\n<p>Within the web I found several articles about this topic. Paul Rice (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.projectsmart.co.uk\/pmp-and-itil-framework-methodologies-with-valuable-synergy.php\" target=\"_blank\">Link<\/a>) gave a nice synergy comparison about both. Furthermore Edward Chung (<a href=\"http:\/\/edward-designer.com\/web\/itil-foundation-pmp-certification-project-management\/\" target=\"_blank\">Link<\/a>) or Stephen Alexander (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theitsmreview.com\/2015\/02\/certification-spotlight-pmp-itil-expert\/\" target=\"_blank\">Link<\/a>) gave some detail comparison too.<\/p>\n<p>An interesting approach which approach is better for the career can be read on the lovely projectmanagement.com (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.projectmanagement.com\/discussion-topic\/21720\/Which-certification-is-better-for-my-career---PMP-or-ITIL-Expert-\">Link<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h1>See the whole picture<\/h1>\n<p>Independent from the studies in the chapter before, I&#8217;m confident that each project manager must know the challenges and the focus of the supporting organisation.
